It takes forever for Lockwood to make a response on things like the current status of the offerwalls. Speaking of refunds, I find it ridiculous how I had to provide proof of what my bar looked like before every bottle was recolored only for support to say they weren't refunding even after I showed them a comment LKWD Adam made here stating we could get reimbursed. People on the subreddit had to randomly find out that from another player that LKWD removed the pentagrams which was the highlight of the apartment! Any other competent game would have made an official announcement prior to the change and gave everyone a refund. LKWD remodeled the Darkheart Castle and didn't even change the preview pictures. We, legacy accounts, were the most mistreated last year and still are. I'll try to post this again when the 2020 TIGA Awards draws near if I don't get in trouble for making this post.Īnybody with an account that was at least two years old should not have voted Avakin Life for Game of The Year last year and should continue not to vote until things change.
